About Chamber 2040
Chamber 2040 is for young, professional chamber members ages 20 to 40, which not only helps to fill a void within the chamber and business community, but also creating a more localized network in the Melbourne and Palm Bay Areas as a development tool for professionals, while providing its members more localzed opportunities.
With this 20-40 year old segment equating to almost 15-20% of the Brevard County population, the Chamber 2040 group will help to foster these professionals wo will grow and become the new leadership as those in previous positions will be stepping aside.
Chamber 2040 offers many functions:
- Utilized as an avenue for empolyers to get their younger employees involved
- Retention tool for young talent coming into the area.
- Development tool to foster new leadership talent.
